    With full P&L oversight from $150M to $3.5B, Bill brings the structured discipline of private equity to any ownership environment — helping founders, boards, and corporate leadership teams implement financial rigor, strategic clarity, and execution cadence.

    Known as Bill “Kaizen” for his relentless focus on continuous improvement and accountability, he partners with management teams and investors to drive transformation, improve cash flow, and build finance organizations that perform with precision and speed.

    His industry experience spans manufacturing, industrials, consumer products, automotive, transportation, aerospace & defense, energy, packaging, and electronics — including engagements with BlackRock, Carlyle Group, and Black Diamond Capital Management.
